Build the tools
engineers reach for.
We are a small team in Paris teaching machines to read and write geometry. Open a role below and apply from there; if none of them is yours, applications are open the year round at the bottom of this page. If you are looking for the product instead, try Fab; if your company wants to build something with us, work with us.

3D Software EngineerOwn the software of our product, with a focus on human/agent collaboration around 2D/3D geometry.Paris · On site · Permanent
In the Product team, you take over our product's codebase and lay the base it will grow on: the geometry layer and data model, the viewer and the interaction with geometry, tests and CI. You ship fast, turn each customer need into a coherent building block of the product, and within 18 months lead the software engineers who join us.
You have two to five years of software engineering, including work on 3D engineering software (CAD, CAM, simulation, or the geometry and visualization layers behind them), and you care about UI/UX as much as about code. French is a strong plus. €65k to €90k gross per year, and equity.
Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)Deploy Faber at industrial customers, from the first meeting to a solution running in their workflows.Paris · On site · Permanent
You own the deployment of Faber at your customers. You spend time with their engineers to understand how they really work, then adapt the product, build the missing features and integrations, and prove the result with evals on their own parts. What you learn in the field goes back into the product, and within a year you lead the Deployment team.
You have one to three years of experience as a forward deployed or AI engineer, you ship production systems fast, and you speak fluent English and French. Experience with CAD or mechanical engineering is a plus. €65k to €85k gross per year, and equity.
AI Research (Internship)Explore how models reason about geometry, and build the benchmarks that measure progress.Paris · On site · 4 to 6 months
You take a research question and carry it through experiments: a modality the agents cannot handle, a way to improve their geometric reasoning, or a benchmark that tells us something we did not know. You build the data and evaluation needed to compare approaches and understand where they fail.
A background in AI is required, with experience implementing and evaluating models. You should be comfortable turning a hypothesis into an experiment and explaining what the results show.
AI Engineer (Internship)Build engineering agents and deliver complete customer projects with the team.Paris · On site · 4 to 6 months · Spring 2027
You own a complete customer project, from understanding their workflow to building, evaluating and delivering a solution they can use. Work directly with industrial users, build the agent loop, tools and interface, and bring what you learn back into the product. The founders and engineers support you on scope, technical decisions and delivery.
You are comfortable building in Python, have built something with models and tools, and show initiative and a desire to take end-to-end ownership. Personal projects, coursework and open-source contributions count. Experience with CAD/CAM or mechanical engineering is a major plus. Competitive salary.
